Banana fry (പഴം പൊരി)
1. Mix maida, little manjal podi, little salt, little sugar, some jeera in water.
2. Cut Ethapazham into small pieces.
3. Dip them in the maida mix and fry.
4. Yummy Pazham pori ready!
