Dosa, Idli (ദോശ, ഇഡലി)
1. Dip 3/4 glass pachari and 1/4 glass uzhunnu in water for whole day.
2. Evening mix in it mixie with some cooked rice also.
3. Morning mix ready to make dosa or idli!
