Thenga Chammanthi (തേങ്ങാ ചമ്മന്തി)

1. Put some coconut scrapped in mixie with equal amount of water
2. Add red chilli powder, onion, salt.
3. Fry onion, chilli, ginger, garlic, curry leaves separately
4. Switch off flame. Add the mixed coconut into it.
5. Yummy Chammanthi ready!
