Ingredients
Chicken - 1

Curd -
½ litre
Corn flakes - 1
cup
Rice flour - 1
cup
Coriander
powder - 3 tsp
Chilli
powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric
powder - ½ tsp
Salt - to
taste
Method:
Cut out long
strips of chicken breast. Mix all the masala in curd. Dip the chicken strips in
this mixture and keep it for 30 minutes. Take corn flakes and break it with
hand as much as possible. Mix it with rice flour. Now roll the chicken strips
in this flour and fry for 15 – 30 minutes.
